We are bound by strict laws in this regard, as any activity that may indirectly contribute to money laundering will be deemed illegal for our employees or agents. Our policies in this regard; It includes protecting investors from money laundering and enhancing customer security services, as well as secure payment processing services.

IDENTITY

Our first method of protection against money laundering is Know-Your-Client (KYC) verification. In order to comply with standard AML regulations, we ask that you submit the following documents:

Proof of Identity: A clear copy of the front and back of your official and photo identification, i.e. a valid passport, driver's license or national identity document.

Certificate of Residence: An official document that clearly states your name and address, belonging to the last 3 months and registered as EXCHANGE EXPERT. This can be a bill (eg water, electricity or landline) or a bank statement. (Please make sure your copy includes these):

Your full, legal name

Your full residential address

Release date (within the last 3 months)

An official logo or stamp and the name of the issuing authority

Copy of the front and back of your credit card: Only the last 4 digits of your credit card should be visible to ensure your privacy and security. You can also use the last 3 digits (CVV code) on the back of your card. Please note that legal requirements may differ in some countries and we may need to request more documents from you. You cannot trade until your “Know Your Customer” document is approved. All transactions opened before the confirmation of your account can be cancelled. Any loss or gain caused by these transactions will also be canceled from your account.

TRACING

We do not accept third-party payments; all collateral must be made in your name and match the submitted KYC documents. Due to AML issuance policies, all canceled funds must be returned to the exact source from which they were received. This process; means that when a withdrawal request is made, the original funds deposited by wire transfer will be credited back to the same account. When the same transaction is performed with a credit card, your money will be returned to the same credit card. We do not accept any form of cash when withdrawals or requests are denied.

REPORTING

In accordance with the AML regulation, we monitor suspicious transactions and report such activities to relevant law enforcement agencies. At the same time, we believe that the transfer is in any case connected with criminal activity or money laundering; We reserve the right to refuse this transfer. Law; prohibits us from informing our customers of reports sent to the Law Enforcement Forces on behalf of suspicious activities.
